I wish I would've checked their rating before we purchased a corsage from them. We asked for and the invoice stated as well, white and dark blue bow with white flowers. On both the receipt and invoice the pickup time was listed as before 5:00PM. My mother arrived a few minutes before 5:00 and they told her that the pickup time wasn't until 5:30PM. My mom pointed out that both the receipt and invoice said 5:00. They proceeded to tell her that 5:00 was wrong, so she had to wait. As you can see in the picture, there isn't any dark blue ribbon. They added metallic teal leaves, purple orchids, and rhinestones. My mom questioned the ribbon and the gaslit her by saying that they told her when it was ordered that they didn't have blue ribbon and yet they put it on the invoice. They also told her that the purple orchids were called "blue orchids." So, I guess the name automatically makes them the right color. They told my mom that they could change the teal leaves but that she'd have to pick it up later. When we went to take it back, the store was still lit up, employees inside, open sign on, but the door locked. They did not answer knocks on the door or phone calls. I've gone by there twic

Ordered a “designer” bouquet ($150!) for Mother’s Day and sent my teenage son to pickup. When he got home I was astonished they allowed the bouquet to leave looking like it did. If I had picked up, I would have never left with what they gave. The quality and condition of the flowers was beyond disappointing and honestly deceiving. Literal dead, rotten roses, broken stems and smashed roses. I reached out via dm on the businesses instagram and Facebook as to get this rectified, as well as the owners personal and have been blocked. Have disputed with my credit card as I did not receive what was offered and I paid for. Super disappointing.

Stopped into Arden Park Florist today to buy a birthday gift & card for a friend. They have a variety of beautiful, sweet, and funny cards. They have lots of nice gift items; including some ladies clothing, jewelry, lotions, water mugs, and many other unique items. I bought more cards than I planned!! Also got my friend a birthday present but then couldn’t resist a pair of earrings for myself!! There was a new youngish female sales person, I already forgot her name (as I’m old and have CRS 👀😂). But today was her first day and she had only been there two hours but knew the store stock already and helped me find things. She was sweet and helpful but not pushy. Five stars for her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️ Photo is one of their beautiful quilling cards. These are more expensive, but works of art!! I bought a few to frame. They have other less expensive but equally beautiful cards as well. I bought my friend two! - one pretty, and one funny (as I couldn’t stop laughing when I read it!) I’ve also bought flowers here, at a different time, but wanted to recommend their gifts and cards and helpful staff too.

I ordered from Arden Park Florist pretty last minute and they still managed to make a BEAUTIFUL corsage for my daughter’s bestie. I was able to tell her the dress color and style I wanted and it ended up perfect! It turned out that her bestie also ordered from Arden Park Florist and together their corsages made a statement. Pick up was simple too! Thank you so much for making these girls feel even more beautiful for the prom.

I walked into this flower shop looking for Lilly’s , the first thing said when I walked in was “there’s my next victim” whispered under the breath of the lady at the front desk .. I felt extremely disrespected , not only that the flowers that were showed to me were not good at all. The customer service was also bad on the phone the lady was rude & talked over me through the conversation . When I got into the building I got called a “victim” & was rushed into making a decision because they were worried about getting orders ready for other customers that were not even in the building . The focus should have been on helping the customer that was in the building looking to spend money but they were more focused on other things. Again I got called a victim first thing as I walked into the door , the lady whispered it thinking I wouldn’t hear , extremely rude & disrespectful service. I would never recommend this place to anyone that I know, 0/10 service . Please shop else where for flowers 😁
